The Midwest Climate Resilience Conference is the premier forum focused specifically on climate adaptation and resilience for the Midwest and Great Lakes region. Hosted by the University of Minnesota Climate Adaptation Partnership, the conference aims to:
Advance adaptation and resilience for communities and ecosystems in the Midwest and Great Lakes by promoting critical reflection, dialogue, discussion and action on key climate issues in the region
Foster stronger relationships among climate adaptation practitioners by encouraging collaboration and sharing knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned
Expand the scope of climate adaptation work by encouraging a more inclusive approach that transcends traditional boundaries, creates broader networks, and fosters collaborations across different sectors, disciplines, and communities
Coordinate actionable steps to continue collaborative climate adaptation work beyond the conference
